We guide you through the planning stages, and then help you select a cohesive set of finishes and furnishings, both contemporary and classic. We design, install and then provide aftercare around how you live your life.

Drawings and Plans
We provide drawings and technical specifications for conceptualization, planning applications and onsite direction.These might be all you need, or the first step in working together on a design and build project.

Design and Build
Our sister company can bring your project to reality. Fully certified (NICEIC approved, Gas Safe) we can also arrange for the supply and fit of air conditioning systems (F gas). Whether a flat or house remodelling, an extension or new build, we will be pleased to quote.

HoReCa and Commercial Projects
We can help you achieve the very best in hotel, restaurant, cafe andoffice design, on time and within budget. We have in-depth knowledge of the HoReCa industry and have assisted new and existing operators set and achieve high goals.

We are wholesalers and distributors for DG and iGuzzini. We provide a complete lighting design service.

Design and Build Fees
CONSULTATION
The initial visit is free with no obligation to proceed. It is designed to be a personal interactive experience to establish your requirements and the various opportunities your project presents. We will discuss how you want to use your home, your tastes, and your budget. We may sketch up some proposals and discuss ideas to better understand and create a path to achieve your project.
FREE
DESIGN
After the initial visit there are still a variety of decisions to be made and drawings to be produced to demonstrate what the intentions for your project are. We work with you to establish your exact instruction, including the (interior) design, so that we can deliver the perfect space within your budget. We will then develop plans and elevations and amend them as many times as necessary until you are satisfied with the design.
2% of Estimated Construction Cost or Fixed Fee POA
CONSENT
Most building work requires some sort of permission to be granted before it can go ahead. Depending on the extent of work you wish to carry out – the location and type of your property – you may be required to apply for several types of permissions (permitted development, planning permission, landlords consent, conservation area).
Disbursements and out of pocket expenses
TENDER
In order to get your project up and running you will need to get prices from some trusted builders. We will produce detailed drawings and a specification breaking down each element of work to be carried out, thus allowing contractors to accurately price the job against other contractors. We will then sit down together and decide which contractor is best to proceed with.
5% of Agreed Construction Cost or Fixed Fee POA
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will monitor and manage all aspects of the construction process and look after everything on your behalf – however long it takes in a very hands-on manner (after all its our project too!) We will ensure that the contractor builds your project in accordance with the correct documents and that you get all the necessary certificates upon completion. We will monitor and oversee specialist contractor work and oversee their installation.
